4.2 One-on-One Lessons
If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be charged in full. This policy ensures that both your time and the instructor's time are respected.
4.3 10-Class Passes
Please note that 10-class passes are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for any unused lessons.
4.4 Missed Sessions
No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions that are not canceled in accordance with the above-stated cancellation policy.
